Our Adult Musical Theatre Class is taught by our Principal Teacher, Emma. In this class students will learn singing, dancing and acting - or the triple threat! Students will be honing their offstage as well as their onstage skills with script analysis, character breakdowns and develop ensembles skills!

Our Adult Musical Theatre Class is suitable for beginners as well as more advanced performers. It's a really fun and social group where adults can share their love of musical theatre together. The group will do a couple of performances throughout the year as well!

Suitable for students aged 13 - 18! Monday 6pm - 7pm!

Catering to all ability level, from those who have never sung before to more advance performers. This class is about providing students with the opportunity to sing in a group with different vocal types and perform in a variety of settings.

Students will learn:

• Breathing and Pitch
• Harmonising
• Dynamics and Tone
• Group Performance Technique
• Control of the Voice

The Bellas of Southern Lights runs on Tuesday evenings from 7pm - 8pm. 

This group is all about singing in a choir as well as having fun and making new friends. The Bellas are a brand new group started in 2022 for people who are looking to improve their singing as well as to sing for fun. This group is open for all ladies over the age of 18!

Men of Lights is on Wednesday nights 8pm - 8:45pm.

Suitable for males aged 18 and above!

Responding to the increasingly prevalent mental health issues in Australia (and to encourage adult males to sing), Director Danny Benn founded the Men of Lights group in 2020. The Men of Lights bring together men to unwind, share a story and sing as a group all in a supportive environment whilst having loads of fun in the process.

Our Community Band runs on Monday nights from 8pm - 9pm and is suitable for ages 14 through to Adults!

Our Community Band are a place for varying experience levels and different musical backgrounds to enjoy playing music together. Musicians learn a whole different skillset through playing with others that they normally wouldn't be able to hone in individual lessons or by playing solo. Playing music with others is also a whole lot of fun and incredibly rewarding!

Our Musical Theatre Class 1 runs on Tuesdays from 3:30pm - 4:30pm and our Musical Theatre Class 2 runs on Tuesdays from 4:30pm - 5:30pm

The Kpop Class is on Thursday nights from 6:30pm - 7:30pm and is suitable for students aged 16 - 25!

The Kpop Class is a high energy, fast-paced and fun class where students will learn their favourite Kpop songs. The class will choose songs together, then Bec will translate the lyrics into English. Students will learn the original choreography as well as either choosing to sing in Korean or the new English lyrics!

The Choir of Southern Lights is on Wednesday nights 7pm - 8pm.

Suitable for all ages!

All of our piano lessons are private lessons which means that it is one on one with the teacher. We accept all levels of ability - from beginners through to advanced players. We usually teach piano using sheet music, but, we do also teach the Suzuki method if students prefer. Our piano lessons focus on technical skill as well as developing an understanding of music theory. Students will learn about chords, the circle of fifths, intervals and scales.   

From just starting out or looking for more advanced techniques, Ben and Alex will be able to help you.
